China’s CAS Space launches first Latin American payloads on Kinetica-1 rocket

A white Kinetica-1 rocket operated by Chinese launch company CAS Space ascends into a clear blue sky, leaving behind a bright flame and thick plume of brownish exhaust. The rocket has just lifted off from a desert launch pad at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China.
